How do I subscribe?
Create an account if you haven't already, then:

From your computer browser, go to the Subscriptions screen and click Subscribe for Plus. Choose monthly or yearly, enter your details and process the subscription. Access will be immediate on all platforms.

From your iOS or Android device, go to the Subscriptions screen and choose the access level, monthly or yearly, enter your details and confirm.

All subscriptions are auto-renewing. See the question below for managing your account after subscribing.

How do I manage my account to turn-off or turn-on the auto-renew?
Don't worry, you control your own account at all times:

-If you subscribed on your iOS device, turn off or on Auto-Renew in your iTunes account, under manage subscriptions. Your iTunes account can be accessed using the iTunes app or iTunes on your computer.

-If you subscribed on the Web or Android, login from your computer browser, choose Subscriptions from the Account menu on the top-right and subscribe or cancel there.

Does FitnessBuilder work on Apple Watch?
No. FitnessBuilder for Apple Watch is no longer available.

How much does Plus access cost?
Plus access on the web and in the U.S. App Store and U.S. Google Play mobile apps are $6.99 per month or $59.99 (30% off) per year. These are recurring subscriptions and can be turned on/off (see question above).

How do I reset my password?
If you're not logged in, choose Login, then choose Forgot/Reset Password. Enter your registered email address and you'll get a temporary one or a reset link.

What is Plus access and how does it compare to Free access?
Plus gives you access to over 1,000 workouts, 7,000 images & videos, Ask a Fitness Question, printing to PDF abilities, receive workouts and more. Learn more about Plus Access.

I bought FitnessBuilder when it was a paid app on the App Store. How do I get the workouts I originally paid for?
Login with the same account you created on the paid app from the App Store. Do not create a new account, unless you want to lose access to all the hundreds of workouts you're entitled to. Your paid app is tied to your original purchase. If you don't know your original account with your Standard/Grandfather access, tap ASK from the home screen of your iOS app, send us all the email addresses you may have used and we'll help find it for you.

I switched to an Android or iOS device, can I access my account and content on there?
Any Plus, Pro or PT subscription is available on iOS, Android (and the web) as long as you login with your same account.

Where do I learn more about the professional access levels, Pro and PT- and what is PumpOne Private Label for organizations?
Choose Professionals at the top and choose PRO or PT to learn about the fitness or physical therapy tools. Or choose PL for info on the Private Label offering for gyms and organizations.

How does the syncing/cloud backup work?
FitnessBuilder has auto-syncing built in which you can turn on/off in the Settings screen. If you login to another device, make sure you use the same account as your original one and wait for sync to complete before reviewing your data. If you see a "connection error" please ensure your internet connection is active and don't let your device auto-lock until sync is complete. If you see a "data error" please contact PumpOne using the Ask a Support Question from the Home screen of the app (not the website).

Do I need internet access to use FitnessClass?
iPad users only need internet to download and stream classes. After a class has been downloaded, it will be available if you don't have internet access. You do need internet to use FitnessClass on Android and the web.

Do I continue to have access to the classes I purchased with FitnessClass 1.0?
The new FitnessClass with Pass supports your previous iPad purchases. They are located in the My Classes listing, under "Purchased" on your iPad.

How do I watch the videos on my TV set?
With any iPad you can use Apple TV to stream the videos. With iPad 2 and later, you can use the HDMI cable to connect directly to your TV.

If you have an Android device or computer connected to your TV, you can also play your Pass videos on the larger screen.

Are there any free classes I can watch without a Pass?
Yes. There are always a bunch of Free videos to check out before getting a Pass. Just choose FREE when in the mobile or web versions of FitnessClass and play.

What is a Pass?
A Pass is the subscription required to get unlimited access to all the hundreds of workout videos in FitnessClass. One account with a Pass is all that's needed to access all the videos on iPad, Android and the web.

What can I share with clients?
Most often, you'll share workouts you want them to perform on their own.

How do clients receive my shared workouts (Remote Training)?
When you share a workout, it can be received in two ways:

1. For Free to your clients, your shared workouts arrive in a branded email with a PDF workout link. That PDF is branded with your name/logo and contains the exercise images, tips, workout target intensities (reps, sets, weight, notes, etc.) and clickable video links.

2. Your clients can receive your shared workouts digitally with Plus access. Plus allows them to login on the web or use the mobile apps to receive, perform and track the workouts. Most importantly, when they save the logs, you'll receive them synced back to your client logs area for review and progressions.

How do my clients get Plus access?
1. You can purchase Plus for your client when logged into the web, for $6.99 for 1 Month or $59.99 for 1 Year. When you purchase Plus for your client in this way, it will not auto-renew.

2. Your clients can purchase Plus themselves for $6.99/month or $59.99/year which is an auto-renew subscription.

What is the difference between Pro and PT?
Physical Therapy (PT) has everything Pro has, but includes the Physical Therapy exercise and workout libraries. See PumpOne.com/pt.

What is the difference between Pro/PT and Private Label (PL)?
Pro is an access level with the Pro tools to be used at FitnessBuilder.com or on the mobile apps. You can replace the logos with your own.

Private Label (PL) is a platform that puts the web version on your website, deeply brands the entire experience and the mobile apps for your registered users and allows you to license all your users at once, or an optional subscription store that earns you up to 30% revenue on all subscribers. Private Label does not come with Pro or PT access unless you've licensed it from our business team.

Is there a trial for Pro or PT?
There is no trial. The first month is free. New accounts can get a free month of Pro or PT at PumpOne.com/pro or PumpOne.com/pt. You can cancel in the Subscriptions area at anytime before the first free month ends. Note that there is only one free month per user. If you signed up for any access level for the free first month, you must purchase a subscription if you want to switch. The first month free process is a one-time accommodation and cannot be transferred.

I have a training staff. Do they all need Pro/PT?
Each of your trainers needs to have their own Pro/PT account. You can use the same credit card for all Pro accounts and they can all use your same branding.

How do I add my company name and logo to re-brand the workouts and PDFs?
On the mobile apps, tap Settings, Pro and configure your branding. On the web, go to your Profile from the More menu, and set it up there. For best results, email your high resolution logo (.eps, transparent .png are best) to trainer@pumpone.com.

If I start as Pro/PT Monthly, can I switch to Pro/PT Yearly at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum contract. You can start Monthly and switch to Yearly to save up to 37% going forward.

How do I cancel my subscription, or change the billing period?
If you signed up on iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad), go to your iTunes account and turn Auto-Renew "off" or switch the time period (monthly/yearly).

If you signed up on the Web or Android, login to the web version from your Mac/PC and cancel from the Subscriptions screen under the Account menu. You can then re-subscribe to a different time period.

When do I get billed, and are there any refunds or credits?
The system is self-serve and you have the power to subscribe or cancel at anytime. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits. Please make sure you choose the correct access level and/or time period when signing up or subscribing. If you cancel after a new billing period begins, you will continue to have access for the period you paid for. No credits can be given after a time period is processed. NOTE: If you're a training professional and you signed up with the Free or Plus consumer access, you will need to upgrade to Pro or PT access, and your Plus subscription fee may be forfeited. Professionals are licensed only to use the Pro or PT version. Please respect these terms.
